The Winter Opening hours From November - February - including the last week-end in October will be
Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 8.30pm,
Fridays 8.00am through to 6.00pm.
Week-ends 8.00am to 4.00pm.
Reception and Bar will close 30 minutes before closing.

As we move into the Winter months with shorter days and longer nights now is the time to arrange some lessons to maintain and improve your game through the winter months..
Our Three Professionals, Phil Clark PGA, John Parker PGA and Chris Gillick PGA have combined to bring together a comprehensive range of Packages to cover the whole gambit of Golf Tuition from Simple Beginner packages through to Improver and Excellence. These lessons will cover the whole game including the fitness, psycological, etiquette and golf ability aspects. Video lessons and playing lessons are available. Ask Chris Gillick or any member of our team for more information.

3 Captains Charity Day.

Just a quick word to say we had a marvellous day and all those that took part enjoyed the PowerPlay format and the speed and fun of the game. The day raised over £500 for the Charity which was very commendable. Many thanks to all concerned.

Sherdons Pro-Am great success.

Glorious sunshine welcomed eleven teams to the first Annual Sherdons Pro-Am Day. In aid of the Midlands Air Ambulance, the day started with a traditional Bacon Baguette and Coffee and then it was off to the Range for an hour with a challenge similar to the ones we present for Primary School children for our Tri Golf Day!!!
This was followed by a light lunch and the a two tee start for the afternoon 18 Hole Competition. Nearest the Pin, Longest Drive and Nearest the Pin in 2, were accompanied by a prize for the highest Stableford Team Aggregate on the Par 3's.
The Amateur Team Competition was won with 91 points by EMS Marketing under the guidance of their PGA Pro, Ed Goodwin.
The Professional Winner was Russ Berry with a one under par 67, followed closely by Ross Langdon, Matt Evans and Keith Woods all with a Par 68.
Annie Newell of the Midlands Air Ambulance was thrilled with the day which raised £2076 for the Charity. Thanks must go to all who supported the Day with special thanks to Chris Gillick for his input in the organisation of the event.

The Awards For Business Best Golf Club in the UK 2010. Sherdons was selected as Best Club in the Central England and Wales area. This award is a reflection of the service we give and the quality of the facilities and I thank the staff for their commitment to the business and the service they offer to our customers.
