Terms and Conditions

  1. Cards and golf credits will only be issued only when Sherdons has received payment in full.
  2. No cash alternative is offered to golf credits issued. One golf credit is equal to £1:00.
  3. Top up golf credits can only be purchased once you have purchased either option 1 or option 2 cards.
  4. It is the responsibility of all card holders to report to reception before they play so cards can be swiped, and golf credits deducted from their golf credit balance.
  5. Golf credits do not have an expiry date.
  6. Golf credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  7. If there are insufficient credits left on an account to pay for a booking, then additional credits need to be purchased before you play or an alternative payment method used for the shortfall.
  8. Golf credits can be used to pay for:
    • Rounds of golf on the Manor Course at Sherdons. All card holders can book 9 or 18 holes,   7 days a week, 10 days in advance, on our Manor Course. 18 hole rounds are subject to availability and need to be booked via the pro shop and not online
    • Practice sessions in the Sherdons short game practice area.
  9. Green fees for the Manor Course are subject to annual review on the 1st October each year and 9 hole rounds may be increased by up to a £1 maximum.
  10. As a Privilege card holder you are eligible to receive a 10% discount on all food purchased from No.19 bar and Kitchen. Cards must be presented for review at time of ordering, and paying for food, and Sherdons reserve the right to not apply any discount if a card cannot be produced for review
  11. All entrants to competitions and matches will have the full green fee deducted from their Privilege Card golf credits each time they play. Thursday roll up will be charged at a special green fee rate of £10:00 per player.
  12. Sherdons reserve the right to close a card holders account immediately if there is any misconduct, returning the closing balance as a final payment within 30 days of closing the account.
