Due to a recent retirement, we are looking for a permanent full-time chef for our clubhouse café that serves tasty meals and light bites throughout the year.

The hours would be around 40 hours per week across 5 daytime shifts to include Saturday and Sunday. The Chef would be responsible for the day to day running and profitability of the kitchen to include the kitchen rota and food ordering.

The chef is a junior member of the management team working alongside the Bar Supervisor and General Management team.
Salary would be in line with market rates and commensurate with experience.
